New Zealand beat Sri Lanka by 1 wkt

New Zealand struggled to a one-wicket victory against Sri Lanka in a low-scoring but entertaining Champions Trophy Group A encounter in Cardiff. Kumar Sangakkara top-scored with 68 but Sri Lanka were all out for 138 in the 38th over. The Kiwis lost three wickets for one run in eight balls but despite being down for 34/4 at one stage, they managed to scramble to victory in the 37th over with one wicket left.
